Studio BE: Youth Revolution is a partner with the Columbia College CCAP program (Center for Community Arts Partnership), providing Before & After School Arts Programming at Ravenswood Elementary School and Sabin (Albert R. Sabin Elementary Magnet School) to learners in third through eighth grade. Our focus with elementary school learners is self-presentation, public speaking, group work, leadership, self-confidence, and empathy and understanding for their fellow classmates. This work is executed through lessons in dance technique, creative movement, character creation, plot development, group creative assignments (storytelling, choreography, design), and the famous talking circle!
